About My Crystals

All crystals I offer are genuine and hand-chosen by myself. Each photo you see on my website is of the actual item that is available to purchase, unless otherwise stated.  It does take more time; however, I am absolutely sure you will appreciate, knowing that you are getting the exact crystal you connect with. I also clear each crystal before they leave my possession with my Crystal Tones Crystal Singing Practitioner's Bowl. I send them off with Love and Protection.

Where am I located?

I am located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at the foothills of the beautiful Canadian Rockies.

Currency

My website is in US Dollars; however, Canadian residents will see pricing in Canadian Dollars. You will, however, be charged in US Dollars at the daily rate of conversion and it will be displayed at checkout when paying with credit card.

If you'd like to pay in Canadian Dollars, I also accept E-Transfers; however, please send me an email beforehand.

Shipping Information

I am currently shipping to addresses in Canada, U.S.A., Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and The United Kingdom. If you reside elsewhere and something catches your eye, please email me at contact@crystalsofatlantis.com to discuss payment and shipping options. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

Domestic Orders (Canada)

Calgary and area customers – there is an option in the shopping cart for you to select “Local Pickup” if you would like to pick up your item(s). Address will be provided upon check-out.

We use Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar and UPS as methods of shipping; most shipments come with tracking; however, we cannot guarantee it due to size and weight of each package; therefore, please make sure you select the appropriate shipping method at checkout. Shipments can take up to 10 business days to arrive (delivery times vary depending upon location and will depend on what type of service is selected). We will notify you by email when your item(s) have been shipped.

If orders are returned because of an incorrect address provided to us, or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for ANY reason, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees to re-ship your order.

U.S. Orders

With US orders you can select Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or Canpar depending on your budget. US orders can take up to 10 – 15 business days to arrive (delivery times are approximate and will depend on what type of service is selected). We will notify you by email when your item(s) have been shipped.

You will be responsible for any taxes or duties upon arrival in your country.

If orders are returned because of an incorrect address provided to us, or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for ANY reason, you will be required to pay additional shipping fees to re-ship your order.

International Orders

Now shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and The United Kingdom. If you do not reside in any of these countries and you wish to place an order, please contact me at contact@crystalsofatlantis.com

Porch Piracy

With the continued growth of online shopping, more and more packages are being delivered to homes every day. This increase in deliveries, however, has raised the amount of missing and/or stolen packages and has led to growing concerns over package security.

Crystals Of Atlantis is responsible for your package until it has been picked up by the shipper (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or Canpar). Once it has left our hands, we are no longer responsible for replacing your package.

Payment Options

My checkout process is powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the Internet. Because of this, I have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as the leading payment processors.

If you reside in Canada and would like to pay in Canadian dollars, please contact me via email and I will turn on the link for sending us an e-Transfer.  Payment must be received prior to shipping taking place.

Customs and Import Duties

Custom and/or Import duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customs and/or Import duties are charged when the package reaches its final destination. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at contact@crystalsofatlantis.com and we will be in touch with you in a timely manner. Please note, all sales are final due to the nature of the product and returns will not be accepted due to buyer's remorse.  If your shipment arrives and an item is damaged, please email us within 2 business days of receiving it along with photo(s) of the damaged product(s), including the package it came in.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Crystals Of Atlantis on any approved returns and must be returned in its original packaging. Once your returning item has been received and inspected, we will issue an in-store credit.
