About Our Crystals

All of our crystals are genuine and are hand-chosen by myself. Each photo you see on our website is of the actual item you are purchasing unless otherwise stated.  It does take more time; however, we are absolutely sure you will appreciate it, knowing that you are getting the exact crystal you connect with.

Where are we located?

We are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at the foothills of the beautiful Canadian Rockies.

Currency

Our website is in Canadian Dollars.

While shopping on our website, the price will be either in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars (depending upon your location); however, at checkout, the total will be shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You will, however, be charged in your chosen currency at the daily rate of conversion.

Shipping Information

Currently we ship to addresses in Canada, U.S.A., Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom..  If you reside elsewhere and something catches your eye, please email us at contact@crystalsofatlantis.com to discuss payment and shipping options. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days of receiving payment.

Domestic Orders (Canada)

Free Shipping on All orders over $125.00

For our Calgary and area customers – there is an option in the shopping cart for you to select free “Local Pickup” if you would like to pick up your item(s). Address will be provided upon check-out.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post; depending on size of package, it may or may not come with a tracking number.  Shipments can take up to 10 business days to arrive (delivery times vary depending upon location). We will notify you by email when your item(s) have been shipped.

If orders are returned to us because we were not given a proper address or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for ANY reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order.

U.S. Orders

US orders are shipped via Canada Post to United States Postal Service after being processed through US Customs. US orders can take up to 10 – 14 business days to arrive (delivery times are approximate). We will notify you by email when your item(s) have been shipped.

You will be responsible for any taxes or duties upon arrival in your country.

If orders are returned to us because we were not given a proper address or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for ANY reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to re-ship your order.

International Orders

We are now shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. If you do not reside in any of these countries and wish to place an order, please contact us at contact@crystalsofatlantis.com

Payment Options

Our checkout process is powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the Internet. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as the leading payment processors. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

If you reside in Canada, there is also the option to pay via Interact e-Transfer.  Payment must be received before shipping will take place.

Customs and Import Duties

Custom and/or Import duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Customs and/or Import duties are charged when the package reaches its final destination. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at contact@crystalsofatlantis.com and we will be in touch with you in a timely manner. Please note, all sales are final due to the nature of the product and returns will not be accepted due to buyer’s remorse.  If your shipment arrives and an item is damaged, please email us within 2 business days of receiving it along with a photo of the damaged product(s).

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Crystals Of Atlantis on any approved returns and must be returned in its original packaging. Once your returning item has been received and inspected, we will issue an in-store credit.
