Om Mani Padme Hum Tingshas

OM MANI PADME HUM TINGSHAS have the symbols of the mantra directly on them. Tingshas have been used for centuries for religious ceremonies and rituals in the Himalayan regions; however, today, they are used along with singing bowls and other instruments in meditation, music, sound healing and space clearing. Tingsha tones awaken awareness and stimulate the healing process.  Tingshas are composed of two handmade bell cymbals; when sounded they emit a crystal pure bell tone.

What does Om Mani Padme Hum mean – it can not really be translated ; however, The first word Om is a sacred syllable found in Indian religions. The word Mani means “jewel” or “bead”, Padme is the “lotus flower” (the Buddhist sacred flower), and Hum represents the spirit of enlightenment.
